If you're thinking about buying the product, be sure to read through all the reviews, especially the negative ones. I purchased this unit on sale at a local big-box, with the two "free" nailers included. I used the nailers to install a bamboo wood floor. Over the course of the installation, I drove about 500 brad nails (kept count of the boxes), nothing too strenuous.
It worked fine for that, even if the hose from the compressor does get very hot while filling the tank, but I worry about how long this one's going to last. After just a few total days of use, some part of the valve system appears to be failing. Occasionally, it will run to build pressure, then stop "half way", and start venting itself. Not because of pressure release, but coming from somewhere inside the compressor unit. If I power cycle it, it will restart and continue to fill until it shuts off automatically.
Pros:

- luggable
- nice wrap-around "rollcage" to protect unit
- nice paint job
Cons:
- seems to work "too hard"
- questionable reliability.
Bottomline:
- probably fine for light-duty work, as a kit; look elsewhere if you want something that's going to "last".

The brad nailers work fine but the air compressor has left me wanting. It constantly leaks from somewhere I can't find but can hear. It doesn't kick in enough to help me maintain a constant psi so that my nails Always drive to the depth I want. It'll sometimes drop 10 psi before kicking back on. It also makes this weird sound sometimes that sounds like a tool dying. I don't even use it that much.

I was facing a huge amount of nailing for a renovated dining room that was to have chair, crown and panel moldings as well as new 5" base boards and new window moldings. I'm a practiced woodworker but have never been any good at hand driving nails. The amount of work in front of me would have required renting a compressor, nailer and brad nailer on at least two different weekends. For a couple of hundred, I realized I could buy this rig and add it to my arsenal of power tools for not much more than I could rent it. Bought it. Set it up. Broke in the compressor as per the instructions. Read the instructions, loaded up and went to work. I know this isn't instructive but: "WHOOOO-WEEEE!" Talk about transforming a job into near fun! Both guns are easy to load and use. The only complaint is that they come with trigger that don't allow "bump" nailing. I'm not in that big of a hurry so it's not much of a deal... Besdies, if it bugs me later on, DeWalt offers replacement triggers for both nailers. The compressor is very nice and has no trouble keeping up. Just a really great set up. I use to think it a ridiculous extravagance when I would see a wood worker using a pneumatic brad nailer on a project. Now that I've got one and see how fast an easy it is to set up and fire up, I'll never hand drive another nail.
