Buy Low Price From Here Now With a heavy-duty 16-gauge finish nailer, an 18-gauge brad nailer, an oil-free compressor, and all the fittings you need to get set-up, this kit from DeWalt makes it easy tackle a wide range of finish carpentry and woodworking tasks, from crafting custom furniture to securing molding in place. The 18-gauge nailer can handle up to 100 straight collated nails that are 1/2-inch to 1-1/4 inches long at a time, while the 16-gauge nailer can handle up to 160 straight collated nails that are 1-1/4 to 2-1/2 inches long at a time. Each of these nailers also offers tool-free jam clearing, so a bent or damaged fastener never brings work to a standstill for long, convenient 360-degree exhaust, a unique vertical slide that allows you to select depth settings quickly and without any special tools, an over-molded no-mar pad that grips material for accurate toe nailing and protects your work surface, and a trigger lock for improved safety. Each well-balanced nailer also employs a reversible belt hook that provides convenience for both right- and left-handed users.
Featuring a two-gallon tank and the ability to deliver 2.0 SCFM at 90 PSI and a maximum of 150 PSI, the compressor included in this kit is powerful enough to run both of these nailers at the same time, with dual quick couplers to make set up easy. And at just 79dBA, it is surprisingly quiet. You can count on its durability with details like an oil-free, long-life pump, which ensures smooth, maintenance-free operation that never results in oil spilled on sensitive work surfaces, a high-flow regulator, an easy-to-use ball valve drain, and a thoughtful roll-cage design that prevents damage to critical compressor parts. At just 30 pounds and 10.5 inches wide with a convenient cord-wrap feature, this compact unit is easy to move around the jobsite and to store.

If you're thinking about buying the product, be sure to read through all the reviews, especially the negative ones. I purchased this unit on sale at a local big-box, with the two "free" nailers included. I used the nailers to install a bamboo wood floor. Over the course of the installation, I drove about 500 brad nails (kept count of the boxes), nothing too strenuous.
It worked fine for that, even if the hose from the compressor does get very hot while filling the tank, but I worry about how long this one's going to last. After just a few total days of use, some part of the valve system appears to be failing. Occasionally, it will run to build pressure, then stop "half way", and start venting itself. Not because of pressure release, but coming from somewhere inside the compressor unit. If I power cycle it, it will restart and continue to fill until it shuts off automatically.
Pros:
- small
- luggable
- nice wrap-around "rollcage" to protect unit
- nice paint job
Cons:
- seems to work "too hard"
- questionable reliability.
Bottomline:
- probably fine for light-duty work, as a kit; look elsewhere if you want something that's going to "last".

The brad nailers work fine but the air compressor has left me wanting. It constantly leaks from somewhere I can't find but can hear. It doesn't kick in enough to help me maintain a constant psi so that my nails Always drive to the depth I want. It'll sometimes drop 10 psi before kicking back on. It also makes this weird sound sometimes that sounds like a tool dying. I don't even use it that much.

I was facing a huge amount of nailing for a renovated dining room that was to have chair, crown and panel moldings as well as new 5" base boards and new window moldings. I'm a practiced woodworker but have never been any good at hand driving nails. The amount of work in front of me would have required renting a compressor, nailer and brad nailer on at least two different weekends. For a couple of hundred, I realized I could buy this rig and add it to my arsenal of power tools for not much more than I could rent it. Bought it. Set it up. Broke in the compressor as per the instructions. Read the instructions, loaded up and went to work. I know this isn't instructive but: "WHOOOO-WEEEE!" Talk about transforming a job into near fun! Both guns are easy to load and use. The only complaint is that they come with trigger that don't allow "bump" nailing. I'm not in that big of a hurry so it's not much of a deal... Besdies, if it bugs me later on, DeWalt offers replacement triggers for both nailers. The compressor is very nice and has no trouble keeping up. Just a really great set up. I use to think it a ridiculous extravagance when I would see a wood worker using a pneumatic brad nailer on a project. Now that I've got one and see how fast an easy it is to set up and fire up, I'll never hand drive another nail.
